I have handled criminal law matters since 2001 and was a public defender for 3 years in a high volume jurisdiction in Baltimore County, Maryland. Prior to opening my own practice, I served in the Cobb County Prosecutor's Office as an assistant solicitor. This experience gave me considerable insight into the workings of the prosecution process. I now use that knowledge to anticipate and counter prosecutor's strategies in defense of my clients.

When you are my client, I become the manager of your defense team, helping you navigate the legal system. I will answer all your questions and explain the advantages and risks of every decision so that you can make informed choices about resolving your case.

Knowledgeable, Experienced Legal Defense

I am a member of the Georgia and Cobb County Bar Associations. I also teach criminal law at Kennesaw State University near Atlanta, where I share my knowledge of criminal legal procedure and how that process works in courtroom arguments.

I offer a reasonable, flat fee for most services. In addition, I can establish a plan for payments over time, depending on your financial situation. Please note I accept all forms of payment.
